The development at Saint Georges Chapel in Central Great Yarmouth.

The newly erected fencing surrounding the work being carried out around the chapel has no high visibility hazard markings on it in Red and White or Yellow and Black.

There is a very narrow space on the east corner where in wet weather, a puddle forms and this can turn to ice, forcing people to walk into the road.
