Car Parked on St. Peters Road pavement
This picture is of a car parked on the pavement on Saint Peters Road.
The car is a hazard to Visually Impaired people using that stretch of pavement. The wing mirror is jotting out causing paintful bruises.
There is even a weely garbbage bin, just to the left, fully on the pavement, this is yet another obstruction.
Further down the road and still in the picture is another example of pavement clutter, an A bored that is nearly on the road.
This picture really highlights what the local blind and partially sighted residents has to cope with on a daily basis!
